Testimonials
This made me stop and think about how many details of my parents lives I never asked. This journal helps you capture it before it slips away.
I wish something like this existed when my parents were alive..it’s such a thoughtful way to preserve our family’s story.” Nisha Chandarana “My dad doesn't talk about himself much so I didn’t know what to expect but this journal brought out stories I’d genuinely never heard. It’s such a meaningful concept behind the journal.
My mum has really enjoyed filling it in and reminiscing on the olden days. It was very cute watching her talk about things she loved from her childhood.
If my children asked me these questions, I’d finally be able to share the parts of my parents life they’ve never known (and many parts I also didn't!). It’s a beautiful idea.
This journal made me reflect on moments I hadn’t thought about in years. I’m glad my children and grandchildren will have these memories in writing.
Answering these questions reminded me how far our family has come. It’s a lovely way to share our journey with the next generation.
I always struggle with what to buy my parents! This is a really unique gift idea.

Making Mum Proud is a bereavement charity that supports young adults aged 18 to 26 who have lost a parent. They help fund university education for those navigating grief so they can continue building the future they once dreamed of.
We chose to partner with MMP because our journals are all about preserving stories and honouring the people who shaped us. For many young adults, that chance is taken away too soon.
A portion of every journal purchased goes towards helping someone continue their journey, even after loss.
